Inclement Weather Policy for Recurring Service

No Refunds

It is the policy of Poo Posse that if it is raining we will not be able to remove poo that day.  We will return on your next scheduled time.  There will not be any refunds for missed scoops due to weather as we are scooping both weeks the following week.  If the ground is snow covered we will wait until the ground is accessible.  Again, no refunds will be given as we are scooping multiple weeks at the make up scooping.
